Purchasing process
You simply choose the patterns you want, add them to the cart and when you have everything you want, proceed with the payment.
According to the currency you have chosen in the panel at the top of the page (EUR, USD), the payment method will change according to the currency you choose.
If you are a first time buyer
Fill in all the information on the form, and enter your email and a password that you will remember later, because you’ll create an account within the site where you can download the pattern.
It is important that the email with which you register is a valid email and that you use, because you will also receive the download link of the pattern there.
After the payment is processed and approved, you will receive an email with the download link. You will also be able to access the link immediately after the purchase, on the order completed screen.
It is important to mention that you will need to login to your account on the site every time you want to download a purchased pattern or view your orders. It is important that you save the order number in case you want to make a question later.
If you have already purchased before
If you have already purchased before, it means that you have an account created on the site. If you have not logged in before making the purchase, the system will ask you if you have an account created, so click there and enter your email and password with which you made a previous purchase. This is important because this way the system will know that you are the same person who bought before, and will put this new purchase in your orders, and will add it your downloads.
Once you have logged into the site, continue with the purchase process as usual. Also after the payment is processed, you will receive a download link to your email.
You will also be able to download the pattern from “My Account” or “Downloads“, once logged into the site.
Currently, you can only pay with Paypal and with a debit or credit card through Stripe. Paypal accepts payments with the money in your account or with a card you have saved within Paypal, but for that, you will need to create a Paypal account. If you don’t have a Paypal account and want to pay directly with a debit or credit card, or with Google Pay or Apple Pay, the gateway to manage that payment will be Stripe.
When you’re about to pay, select the payment method you prefer.
At the top of the page, in the top bar, you have a currency selector. Select EUR if you will pay with Euros and you are from a Euro zone country, and USD if you are from any other country that is not one of the European Union.
Paypal will convert dollars into your local currency if USD or EUR is not your local currency.
For example: If you are from India, you must select USD, because rupee is not an available currency on the site. Then when you proceed to pay, Paypal will convert the amount in USD to the equivalent amount in your local currency and will show you how many Rupees you will have to pay that will be the equivalent of the amount in USD shown on the shop.
Other example: If you are from Germany, then select EUR, because Euros is a listed currency available in the site and you are from an european country.
The countries listed before are just an example, you can buy from everywhere!
Yes! You can buy from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a debit or credit card or a Paypal account.
Due to the nature of the product offered, which are digital files, it is not possible to cancel or refund any purchase made on this site, it being understood that the buyer has already received the product for which they paid.

Of course you can! You can sell, give away or whatever you want with the finished product that you make from the patterns purchased here.
No, because the work shown here is my intellectual property, and you are not allowed to share, distribute or re-sell the digital file acquired here in any way.
Definitely NO! It is not allowed under any circumstances to use our photos in networks or any other media, for any purpose whatsoever.
Of course you can! You can access and download the file as many times as you want, but have in mind that you must create an account on the site, and form “My account” page, you can see the summary of all your orders and access the purchased files.
Each doll or project has different levels of difficulty, from easy to expert. In each product description, the level of difficulty is specified.
I can only assure you that these patterns are easy to follow and you will learn a lot of new techniques!

Of course you can! If you have any questions, you can email me at contact@calypsoboutiquee.com, in the subject field you have to put the order number of the order to verify your purchase.
You can also write me by private message on instagram to the account @calypso.boutiquee, specifying also the order number.
There is no time limit in which you can ask any questions or have any doubts after purchasing the product, just keep in mind that you must always provide proof of your purchase, because without it, no doubt will be resolved.
Likewise, the purchase does not include direct consulting by video call or similar, only messages by mail or instagram.
