Reproduction, unauthorized modification, copying, use, loan, transmission, translation and dissemination of the material, in whole or in part, of text, images, design, artwork, wording, trademarks or any other intellectual property of any product offered on this website is prohibited. The material may not be sold or distributed in any way for profit or gain.
Return policy
If the customer acquires and purchases digital products, such as PDF patterns, this will be sent to the customer immediately after making the purchase, therefore it is not possible to return or refund money under any circumstances when purshasing this type of products due to their nature.
It is explicitly stated in the description of each product that it is a digital file, so the customer cannot justify a return by claiming that she or he did not know the type of product marketed.
In case a course or workshop is purchased, the customer will have 1 week to initiate the return ONLY if he/she has not accessed any module or video of that course or workshop. If the customer accesses the purchased content, no refund will be possible due to the nature of the product.
In case that the purchase includes any physical product, the customer will have 15 working days to initiate the process of returning the product only if the product is a mass-produced object, removing from this category any perzonalized or made-to-order product, in which case no return or refund will be possible.
Privacy and payment data
Bank and credit card details are handled directly by PayPal. Therefore, Calypso Boutiquee will never see customers’ debit or credit card information. For payments within Argentina, these will be processed by MercadoPago, and likewise, Calypso Boutiquee will not store any information regarding bank or credit card details of its customers.
