Hello! I’m glad to see you here. This time, I bring you a pattern that was one of my first makes into the wonderful world of amigurumis.
And it is Coraline Jones, our little girl who captivated us in the movie “Coraline” captivating children and adults alike with its mysterious atmosphere and unforgettable characters.
Well, in 2020, I decided to make a pattern about her and share it for free on my social media. Some years have passed, and even today, people continue crocheting her, in part thanks to the free tutorial I uploaded to my YouTube channel.
I’ve also created a paid version of the pattern, which you can find in my store here at Calypso Boutiquee and also in my Etsy shop (with some extra surprises!). This way, you help me continue bringing free and quality things for you in the future! You will find the links to purchase below.
The paid pattern is considerably different from the version I show here (which is the same as the YouTube tutorial), so keep that in mind. In the free version, you will not find the cap nor the mini doll.
Without further ado, I leave you the pattern. But before that, please read the information about the pattern carefully to avoid inconveniences in the future.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This pattern is entirely my own, so I do not allow it to be distributed without my permission on any social network or paid platform. I also do not authorize the republication of this pattern on other blogs without my permission. Remember, this is my work.

With pink color yarn, join to the 1st base chain and Ch 5, then from the 2nd chain from your hook, make 4hdc and join with slst to the next available st of the base chains (the ones in blue). Then chain 4 and make 3hdc. Fasten off. Repeat this on the other side, but begining from the 3rd st instead.
Fasten off. Glue or sew the firefly to Coraline’s hair.
And that’s it!
